1. Joel¹ Walters (#2703) was born Detroit Lakes, Minn. January 2, 1945.

He married Ruth Ann Winemiller. (Ruth Ann Winemiller is #2702.) Ruth was born Lawrence, Kansas October 21, 1945. Ruth is the daughter of Gilbert Leigh Winemiller and Lucy Clyda White.

Joel Walters and Ruth Ann Winemiller had the following children:

• 2 i. Kimberly Jo² Walters (#2704) was born Kansas City, Missouri October 28, 1969.

• 3 ii. Jeffrey Bryan Walters (#2705) was born Panama City, Panama May 22, 1971.
