He married Marlene Joyce Winemiller about 1959. (Marlene Joyce Winemiller is #768.) Marlene was born Lumberport, Harrison Co. Wv April 27, 1935. Marlene is the daughter of John Lesli Winemiller and Ima Virginia Boggess.

Evan Eugene Williams and Marlene Joyce Winemiller had the following children:

• 2 i. Susan Leigh² Williams (#770) was born November 6, 1960.

• 3 ii. Kavin Kay Williams (#771) was born March 15, 1962. She married Herbert Walter Richardson Shinnston, Harrison County Wv, October 14, 1983. (Herbert Walter Richardson is #772.) Herbert was born about 1962.
