3. Jacob³ Winemiller (James², Jacob¹) (#1379) was born Posey County, Indiana August 1820. Jacob died July 11, 1904 Whittington, Illinois, at 83 years of age. His body was interred Whittington, Illinois, Winemiller Cemetery.

He married twice. He married Jane Lewis Posey County, Indiana, August 23, 1842. (Jane Lewis is #2979.) He married Martha Patsy Cipher Posey County, Indiana, August 9, 1848. (Martha Patsy Cipher is #1387.) Martha was born Germany 1832. Martha was the daughter of Nicholas (Seifert) Cipher and Eva Wagoner. Martha died June 18, 1907 Whittington, Illinois, at 74 years of age. Her body was interred Whittington, Illinois, Winemiller Cemetery.

Jacob Winemiller and Martha Patsy Cipher had the following children:

• 11 i. Margaret Whittington⁴ Winemiller (#1390) was born Indiana 1849.

• + 12 ii. William (Will) Winemiller was born March 7, 1854.

• 13 iii. Elizabeth Winemiller (#1392) was born Illinois 1859. Elizabeth died January 28, 1886 at 26 years of age. Her body was interred Whittington, Illinois, Winemiller Cemetery.

• 14 iv. Lemuel Winemiller (#1393) was born Illinois 1863. Lemuel died March 8, 1874 at 10 years of age. His body was interred Whittington, Illinois, Winemiller Cemetery.

• 15 v. Sallie Kidwell Winemiller (#1394) was born Illinois 1868. Sallie died 1917 Shiloh, at 49 years of age.

• 16 vi. Susan Taylor Winemiller (#1395) was born Illinois 1872. Susan died September 25, 1966 Shiloh, at 94 years of age.

• 17 vii. Rachel Taylor Winemiller (#1396) was born Illinois March 11, 1878. Rachel died October 19, 1965 Shiloh, at 87 years of age.
