John died March 29, 1890 Upshur County West Virgina, at 69 years of age. His body was interred French Creek, Waterloo Cemetery.

He married Almeyra Simons Lewis County, West Virgina, October 6, 1840. (Almeyra Simons is #905.) Alma was born 1823. Alma died August 28, 1886 Upshur County West Virgina, at 63 years of age. Her body was interred French Creek, Waterloo Cemetery.

John D Winemiller and Almeyra Simons had the following children:

• 119 i. Martha Ann⁹ Winemiller (#906) was born August 3, 1842. Martha died April 24, 1866 at 23 years of age. Her body was interred Upshur County West Virgina, Abott Cemetery. She married Thomas Snyder Upshur County West Virgina, January 31, 1861. (Thomas Snyder is #907.) Thomas was born Augusta Co. Va 1836. Thomas died 1919 Upshur County West Virgina, at 83 years of age.

• 120 ii. Elizabeth Winemiller (#936) was born Lewis County, West Virgina about 1849. Elizabeth died 1939 at 90 years of age. She married Allen Neely Upshur County West Virgina, October 7, 1875. (Allen Neely is #937.) Allen was born 1848. Allen died 1933 at 85 years of age. (See Allen Neely for the continuation of this line.)

• 121 iii. Unknone Winemiller (#939) was born 1852. Unknone died June 25, 1853 Upshur County West Virgina, at less than one year of age.

• 122 iv. Catharine Winemiller (#940) was born Upshur County West Virgina February 20, 1855.

• 123 v. Susan Catherine Winemiller (#941) was born February 25, 1855. Susan died September 13, 1907 at 52 years of age. She married Jeddiah Sayre Upshur County West Virgina, November 5, 1882. (Jeddiah Sayre is #942.) Jeddiah was born about 1828. Jeddiah was the son of Solomon Sayre and Mary A.

• 124 vi. Marshall Winemiller (#945) was born Upshur County West Virgina July 21, 1859. Marshall died November 9, 1865 Upshur County West Virgina, at 6 years of age.
